Perfect compound for large groups who want to stay together in one fully fenced lot! There are 4 townhomes in this lot totaling 13 bedrooms, 13 full bathrooms, and 4 additional half bathrooms. The 4 homes stand alone each with its own living space, kitchen, and a long list of amenities. The exterior lounge space and Jacuzzis are in a shared area for the whole group to enjoy.
A centric location in the heart of LA. Less than a 10 minute drive to Downtown LA, Koreatown, USC, and the LA Coliseum.
SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $300 fee to get rid of residual odors.
AC COOLING AND HEATING. The living space is equipped with a mini split system to comfortably provide cooling on all living rooms and the lower level. All other rooms come equipped with a tower fan.
NUMBER OF GUESTS. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. If you are looking to bring more guests please let us know and we can come to an agreement. Be sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests and pets staying (please inform us if you are bringing more than 1 pet).
PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the likes for this location. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property.

This is a very unique property and well suited for large groups traveling together. The units were clean, had comfortable furniture, and our group had a great time sharing the space! We'd especially like to thank Pedro for being a thorough and responsive point of contact for questions during our stay! The location was perfect for our group, being easy rideshare distance from Koreatown and having highway access nearby. However, other groups may find the neighborhood to be a bit run-down compared to properties closer to restaurants and businesses.
