With SoFi Stadium just a 10-minute drive away, our location is convenient for sports events and concerts. Relax in 2 comfortable bedrooms for a restful night's sleep or gather around the living space to catch your favorite show. Furniture is curated by an interior designer and the Kitchen is fully stocked. Welcome to our urban oasis.
COOLING AND HEATING. The unit is equipped with portable fans, ceiling fans, and heaters in every room.
NUMBER OF GUESTS. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. If you are looking to bring more guests please let us know and we can come to an agreement.
SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $300 fee to get rid of residual odors.
PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: We can only allow large gatherings if renting neighboring units as well.
