AC COOLING AND HEATING. The living space is equipped with a mini split system to comfortably provide cooling on the lower level. Master bedroom also has a portable AC unit. All other rooms come equipped with a tower fan.

NUMBER OF GUESTS. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. If you are looking to bring more guests please let us know and we can come to an agreement. Be sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests and pets staying (please inform us if you are bringing more than 1 pet).

SMOKING: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside away from other unit front doors. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $300 fee to get rid of residual odors.

PARTIES: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the likes for this location. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund, and you will be asked to immediately leave the property.
