Description
Bask in the sun on a swing seat as signature SoCal palm trees sway. This sleek monochrome hideaway blends mid-century furniture with quartz countertops and fringed boho cushions, while the jacuzzi tub and Tempur-Pedic mattresses add a touch of luxury.
This property was originally a 1920s duplex. We completely rebuilt and remodeled it in 2017.
Guest have access to the full interior of the front/main house. Exterior areas are also available to guests, which include a front yard with a parking space in the driveway for one car(parking is tandem), a side yard with a lounge area only for the front/main house and a backyard which is the only exterior space that is semi shared with the guest house so prior notice will be needed to use the backyard exclusively.
We try to give our guests as much privacy as possible. If I’m in the guest house or in my office/workshop in the back(garage) you might notice us coming in and out on the side gate. Usually my pup ACE is in the backyard only if I’m there with him.

It's recommended that you have a car for your trip to Los Angeles, however this property is so close to everything LA has to offer that uber/Lyft rides can take care of all your transportation needs.
