Pick a relaxed playlist, then kick back in the luxurious corner bath at this renovated 1920's duplex. Fire up the grill in the shaded backyard and gather for a lovely dinner gathering, or take things easy and watch the palm trees sway in the breeze.

Our place was originally a 1920s duplex that has been completely gutted and remodeled from top to bottom in 2017. All the finishes were carefully picked out to match the contemporary home. We live in the front with our BIG PUPPY ACE and two smaller dogs Koko and Kurly. The guest house in the back is completely private and has access to the backyard which can be enjoyed at any time(If you need me to bring ACE in for a while feel free to let me know). As soon as you walk into the guest house you will see the open concept kitchen-dining room area, in it you will also find a queen Murphy bed that comes down very easily with provided code. The next room is the master suite and it also has a queen sized bed. The onsuite retreat has a sitting area and a laptop working area. The couch in the sitting area turns into a full bed for more sleeping space, there is also a big inflatable mattress located in the walk-in closet for even more sleeping space. The 55 inch tv has premium cable(hbo,Showtime and cinemax included) along with roku, netflix and other apps for streaming. The walking closet is huge and features an island for all your storing needs. The onsuite bathroom features an all glass wall separating the rain shower from the Jacuzzi tub, dual vanities and a Bluetooth speaker.

The entire Guest house is for you, no sharing. Completely private everything. Only shares driveway and front yard.

Text is best for me or the airbnb app . I'm readily available throughout your stay if you need anything. You might see me going into the garage once or twice.

View Park-Windsor Hills is 10-30 minutes from everything LA has to offer. Seven miles from Silicon Beach and other great beaches, nine miles from Beverly Hills and DTLA, and four miles from Culver City and the forum /new Rams stadium.

This listing is for our newly renovated guest house, which sits behind the main/front house(also listed). It has its own entrance in the back, which is accessed through a gate on the side that leads you through our side walkway & to the guest house's deck/door.

A car in Los Angeles is extremely helpful but if one is not available then lyft and uber are always there for you (ask me about my 25off code :) )

If you need parking please inform us in advance, gate will be open and one tandem parking will be available. NOTE that parking will be tandem! Which means one car will be parked behind you so please be conscious. If you will need to use your car constantly then we suggest parking in front of the house on street parking - it is free(no permit needed), it's safe, well lit and you do not have to move at any time or anyday for street cleaning.
